Calabrian Peperoncino

Calabrian chiles come from the toe of the boot that is Calabria and are considered the classic Italian pepper.

Scoville Heat Scale: 20,000 to 40,000 (around 12 times hotter than jalapeño).

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
